Bill of Entry (Forms) Amendment Regulations, 1988 Notification No. 18/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 30-3-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157, read with section 46, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1987, namely :- (1) These regulations may be called the Bill of Entry (Forms) Amendment Regulations, 1988. (2) They shall come into force on the 30th March, 1988. 2. In the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1987, in regulation 1, in sub-regulation (2), for the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 1988", the figures, letters and words "1st day of July, 1988" shall be substituted.
