Infantary combat vehicles - Components and accessories - Exemption extended up to 31-12-1994 Notification No. 129/94-Cus. Dated 13-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/89-Customs, dated the 1st February, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1994", the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1994" shall be substituted.
