Wireless apparatus, accessories etc. - Amendment to Notification No. 123/85-Cus. [ Ch. 85] Notification No. 382/87-Cus. Dated 30-12-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), No. 123/85-Customs, dated the 11th April, 1985, namely :- (i) in condition (a), for the abbreviation and figures "Rs. 15,000" the abbreviation and figures "Rs. 20,000" shall be substituted and (ii) paragraph 2 shall be omitted.
