Project-imports Notification No. 110/86-Cus. Dated 17-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01, of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby notifies each of the projects specified below as a project for the purpose of assessment under the said heading. (1) Port Mechanical Ore Handling Plant. (2) Salaya-Koyali Mathura Crude Oil Pipe Line Project. (3) Bombay Water Supply and Sewerage Project. (4) Project for the Indian National Satellite System (INSAT-1). (5) Indo-USSR Troposcatter Communication Link Project. (6) Sponge Iron Pilot Plant under Research and Development Centre of Steel Authority of India Limited. (7) Mathura-Delhi-Ambala-Jullundhar Product Pipeline Project. (8) Operation Flood II Project of Indian Dairy Corporation. (9) Computer and Telecommunication project for monitoring of exploitation and flow of Crude and gas by Oil and Natural Gas Commission Project TITAN. (10) Bombay-Pune Product Pipeline Project. (11) The Nhava-Sheva Port Project. (12) Indo-UAE Submarine Cable Project. (13) Public Telephone Exchange Network Project. (14) HBJ Gas Pipeline Project. (15) Pipeline Expansion Phase IIIA—Jorhat to Bongaigaon. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
