Customs Tariff (Amendment) Act, 1985 - Date of enforcement Notification No. 30/86-Cus. Dated 5-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Customs Tariff (Amendment) Act, 1985 (8 of 1986), the Central Government hereby appoints the 28th day of February, 1986, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
