Amending Notification Notification No. 13/86-Cus. Dated 17-1-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 43 of the Finance Act, 1985 (32 of 1985), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE Sl. No. Notification and No. date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 158-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985. In the Schedule to the said notification, after Sl. No. 252 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :— "253. No. 11/86-Customs, dated the 17th January, 1986." 2. 164-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be substituted, namely :— "9. 7 ACA and 7 ADCA. 10. Cephalexin. 11. Cloxacillin Sodium. 12. Cephaloridine.". 3. 169-Customs, dated the 24th May, 1985. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) "1A. 29 6-Amino Penicillinic Acid (6-APA). falling under sub-heading No. (1) of Heading No. 29.01/45. Thirty-five per cent of the value of the goods as determined in accordance with the provisions of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).".
