Warehousing Station Notification No. 8/86-Cus. Dated 18-1-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares the Madras Export Processing Zone, specified as a free trade zone under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 236/1985-Central Excises, dated the 15th November, 1985, to be a warehousing station.
