Wireless Apparatus, Accessories and Components Notification No. 360/83-Cus. Dated 19-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 123/85-Customs, dated the 11th April, 1985, namely :— In the said notification, (i) in condition (a), for the abbreviation and figures "Rs. 10,000", the abbreviation and figures "Rs. 15,000" shall be substituted; and (ii) in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1985", the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1986" shall be substituted.
