Exchange Rate Notification No. 357/85-Cus. Dated 11-12-1985 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 308-Cus., [G.S.R. No. 776 (E)] dated the 1st October, 1985 namely :— In the Schedule below the said notification, for serial Nos. 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) 1.
