S.O. 2891 (E) dated 13th November, 2009 for sector specific Special Economic Zone at Villages Kalayangadh and Gangad, Taluka Bavla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat by M/s. Dishman Infrastructure Limited NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 7 th January, 2010 S.O.35 (E)-The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2891 (E) dated 13 th November, 2009 for sector specific Special Economic Zone at Villages Kalayangadh and Gangad, Taluka Bavla, District Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat by M/s. Dishman Infrastructure Limited, namely:- In the paragraph 1 for the word "pharmaceutical" the words "pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals" shall be substituted. [No. F.2/355/2006-SEZ] ANIL MUKIM, Jt.
