Amends Principal notification No. 62/94-Customs (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION No. 05/2010-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 13th January, 2010 S.O. 68(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94- Customs (NT) dated the 21st November 1994 [S.O. 828(E), dated the 21st November, 1994] :— In the said notification in the Table, at serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, against item (9) occurring in column 3 relating to Jaigad, for the entry in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and the Loading of export goods or any class of such goods" [F. Note : —The Principal Notification was published in the Gazette of India vide Notification No. 62/94- Customs (NT), dated the 21st November,1994 [ S.O. 828(E), dated the 21st November,1994] and was last amended by Notification No.104/2009 (N.T.)-Customs, dated 4th August, 2009 [No. S.O. 2003(E), dated the 4th August, 2009] .
