Specifies District Collector/DM/DC as certifying authority for water supply projects for agricultural and industrial use 8th January, 2004 Notification No.16 /2004-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby make the following regulations further to amend the Project Imports Regulations, 1986, namely:- 1. (i) These regulations may be called the Project Imports (Amendment) Regulations, 2004. (ii) They shall come into force on the 9 th day of January, 2004. 2. In the Project Import Regulations, 1986, in the Table, after Sr. No.3B and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- Table Sr. No. Name of the Plant or Project Sponsoring Authority "3C. Water Supply Projects Collector/District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner of the District in which the project is located.". G.S.
