S.O. 455(E) dated 23rd February, 2010 - sector specific Special Economic Zone for Multi-Services with Free Trade Warehousing Zone at Pargana-Ralhupur, District - Chandauli - Uttar Pradesh - developed by M/s. Hari Fertilizers Ltd. MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) CORRIGENDUM New Delhi , the 27th April, 2010 S.O. 979(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 455(E) dated 23rd February, 2010 , notifying an area of 100.429 hectares at Pargana-Ralhupur, Tehsil and District-Chandauli in the State of Uttar Pradesh for setting up of a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Multi-Services with Free Trade Warehousing Zone, developed by M/s. Hari Fertilizers Limited:- In the said notification:- (i) the area mentioned at serial number 310 of Village Hariharpur, plot number 50 i.e. 0.85 hectares may be read as 0.085 hectares. (ii) the plot number mentioned at serial number 354 of Village Chanditaara i.e. 382 may be read as 383. (iii) the plot number mentioned at serial number 431 of Village Saidpur i.e. 51/2 may be read as 50/2. (iv) the total area i.e. 100.295 hectares may be read as 100.429 hectares, (v) in the Hindi notification, the name of the State Government at serial number (7) of Part (ii) i.e. "Tamil Nadu Sarkar" may be read as "Uttar Pradesh Sarkar".
