Amends Notfn. no. S.O. 1916(E), dated 12th November, 2007 - Appointment of Development Commissioner, SEZ for STPI New Delhi MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , the 16th August, 2010 S.O. 2009(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.1916(E), dated 12th November, 2007 , appointing Director, Software Technology parks of India, New Delhi to the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones:- In the said notification , following row mentioned at Sl.
