Amendment Notification No. 61/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, Customs airports - Appointment for specified purposes. MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE AND CUSTOMS) New Delhi , the 1st November, 2010 Notification No. 93/2010-Customs (N.T.) S.O. 2693(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 61/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:- In the said notification in the Table, against serial number 15 relating to State of Tamil Nadu, against item (c) occurring in column (3) relating to Tiruchirapalli, for the existing entries in column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) "Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
