Set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Behrampur, District-Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana - S.O. 103(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department o Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi,the 18th January, 2011 S.O. 103(E) - M/s, G.P. Realtors Private Limited has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Village Behrampur, District-Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana; And whereas the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, has notified an area of 18.86858 hectares at Village Behrampur, District-Gurgaon, in the State of Haryana in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry notification No. S .0. 1159(B) dated4th May, 2009; And whereas M/s. GP. Realtors Private Limited has proposed for the de-notification of 2. 16 hectares and inclusion of 4.88 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on21st June, 2010and30th August, 2010; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub- section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.1601 hectares and notifies an additional area of 4.8817 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 21.59023 hectares at Village Behrampur.
