Set up a multi-product Special Economic Zone At Chengambakkam, Appaiahpalem, Gollavaripalem, Mallavaripalyam, Aroor, Moporapalle villages at Satyavedu and Vardayya Palem Mandals in the State of Andhra Pradesh - S.O. 2511(E). - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 9 th November, 2011 S.O. 2511(E).- WHEREAS M/s. Sri City Private Limited (formerly known as M/s. Satyavedu Reserve Infracity Private Limited), a private organisation in the state of Andhra Pradesh, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a multi-product Special Economic Zone At Chengambakkam, Appaiahpalem, Gollavaripalem, Mallavaripalyam, Aroor, Moporapalle villages at Satyavedu and Vardayya Palem Mandals in the State of Andhra Pradesh; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, has notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and industry Notification numbers as given in table below; S.No. Notification Number Notification Date Area (in hectares) 1. Sri City Private Limited has proposed for denotification of 379.327 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 21 st January, 2011; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred be second proviso to sub-section (1) section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby denotifies an area of 379.327 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1158.796 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table Namely:- To View Full Notification Click Here NOTIFICATION S.O. 2511(E). ****** Notes 1.
