Appointement of Member of the Competition Commission of India (CCI) - S.O. 2726(E). - Competition Law

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st December, 2011 S.O. 2726(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 8 read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Shiv Narayan Dhingra as a Member of the Competition Commission of India with effect from the 18th October, 2011 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty-tive years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest,. 2. The terms and conditions of his service will be govemed by Competition Commission of lndia (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and other Members) Rules, 2003, as amended from time to time.
