No. 46 A of Chapter 10 of ITC(HS) Classification of export import items] S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the column Nature of Restriction of para 2 of Notification No. 72 (RE-2010)/2009-14 dated 09.09.2011. Export shall also be permitted through the non-EDI Land Custom Stations (LCS) on Indo-Bangladesh and Indo-Nepal border subject to registration of quantity with DGFT. Effect of this notification: Notification No. 72 dated 09.09.2011 made export of wheat free but only through Custom EDI ports.
