Exemption to LWC paper from additional customs duty of 4% (This Notification amends the Notification No. 20/2006 dt.1.3.2006) 8 th August, 2006 NotificationNo.79/2006-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 20/2006-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2006 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.92(E), dated the 1st March, 2006, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S.No.61 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) "62. 4810 Light weight coated paper weighing upto 70 g/m2, imported by actual users for printing of magazines Nil".
