CBEC appoints Special Adjudicators for many DRI cases CUS NTF NO. 46/2007 (NT) DATE 04/05/2007 Appointment of special adjudicators.- S.O. 716(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 and Sub-section (1) of , Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Goa and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on Commissioner of Customs, ,Port Import, Chennai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining' to M/s. Shri Balaji Rollings Pvt. Limited, Cuncolim, Goa and others, issued vide, F. No. DRI/MZU/GRU/INV-02/SBRPL/ 2005/1783 dated the 19th December, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, UTI House, 13 Sir Vithal Das Thackerey Marg, New Marine Lines, Mumbai-20.
