NOTIFICATION

No. F. 101(318)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)(i)/8581 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1^st day of April, 2005 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
