No. F. 101(320)/2005-Fin.(A/Cs)/1 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint, with immediate effect, Shri R.K. Verma, IAS (AGMU: 84) as Commissioner of Value Added Tax for carrying out the purposes of the said Act.
