Processed Textiles Fabrics - Duty on Production Capacity Basis - Manufacturer Need not be Exclusively but Primarily Engaged in Processing Notification No. 39/98-CE Dated : 16-12-98 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 36/98-CE, dated the 10th December, 1998 namely:- In the said notification, in Explanation II, for the word exclusively the word primarily shall be substituted.
