Issue of Tax free bonds by M/s Housing Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), New Delhi Notification No. 24/2005, Dated 2-2-2005 S.O. 120(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by item (h) of sub-clause ( iv ) of clause (15) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the following Tax free bonds issued by M/s Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), New Delhi during the financial year 2002-2003, for the purpose of the said item : Sl.
