Amends in notification no. S.O. 1520(E) dated 11-9-2007 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 1st January, 2008 S.O. 7(E). — The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1520(E) dated the 11th September 2007, for setting up of a sector specific SEZ for hi-tech engineering products and related services by M/s. Suzion Infrastructure Limited at Nadasalu, Nandikooru, Polimaru, and Hejamadi villages in Udupi Taluk and District in the State of Karnataka, namely:— In the said notification, the name of village "POLIMARU" may be read as "PALIMARU" and at serial number 145 and 199 to 203, the survey numbers 31-7, 199-1D, 199-1E, 199-1F, 199-1G and 199-1H may be read as given in the Table below:— TABLE Sl.
