Import Licensing Note No. 1 of Chapter 26 is hereby amended to read as under: "Import of 'Prescribed substances' as notified by Department of Atomic Energy shall be subject to the provisions of Atomic Energy Act, 1962 and rules made there under." 4. Import Licensing Note No. 1 of Chapter 28 is hereby amended to read as under: "Import of 'Prescribed substances' as notified by Department of Atomic Energy shall be subject to the provisions of Atomic Energy Act, 1962 and rules made there under." 5.
