Rescinded vide Notification No. S.O. 3634(E) dated 03-10-2019 OSE Infrastructure Limited, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh Notification No : S.O. 754(E) dated 14-5-2007. Whereas M/s. OSE Infrastructure Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereinafter referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Plot No. C-001, Sector-67, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar District in the State of Uttar Pradesh; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Plot No. C-001, Sector-67, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar District in the State of Uttar Pradesh on 6th November, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the land measuring 10.11753 hectares comprising at Plot No. C-001, Sector-67, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar District in the State of Uttar Pradesh as Special Economic Zone.
