Can any body please guide on this

"Is there any Duty benefit for the products falling under HS classification 3907.30 ( Epoxy powder Coatings) & 3907.99 ( Polyster Powder Coatings) , if imported into Srilanka from India under any bilateral agreement between India and Srilanka.
