our party MFG Warp Knittined Fabrics HDPE Agro Shed Net under Chapter 60 sub heading No. 60059000. as per notification no 30/2004 sr. no 15 chapter 60 all goods area exempted. so can actual Agro Shed Net is Exempted or note ? 

pls provide best advise
