REFUND OF INPUT CREDIT, VAT + CST

can anyone tell me how i get refund from sales tax department and what documents are required to be submit and what procedure to be follow. Thanks in advance

Refund may be claimed in case of excess credit of tax in the quarterly returns filed. You may file a request letter to the concerned officer in the department for the refund. Few documents are required to verify the refund amount.
