Sir,

validity of CT-3 not beyond the bond period. so check when you are obtain the ct-3. issuing authority is clearly mention validity clearly during the time of issue CT-3 if require.

Dear Anand,

Usually CT-3 validity is 01 financial year or validity of Bond whichever is earlier. As per my knowledge there is no specific legal backing for this.
