I have PARTNERSHIP FIRM and am asked file the Form 29 B to the renewal of IATA registration. But I have not yet earned taxable income. So how will I follow this procedure?

You need to file Form 29C not 29B if your adjusted total income exceed ₹ 20.00 Lakhs.
