Dear Sir, In case of dealers invoice under which rule it is mentioned that the details of manufacturer or importer from whom such goods are procured to mentioned in the dealers excise invoice, please explain, please give any reference regarding this, thanks and regards

Dear Sir,

Please read the Trade notice no.10/07 dt. 18.05.2007 of Delhi-IV commissionerate, as per para 4 of this trade notice made applicable to all first stage and second stage dealers to put the particulars of the original manufacturer/importer in the invoice.
