Return filed in ITR 4S, Income Tax

Respected Sir,

Regarding Income Tax 4S Return filled and submitted on 15.06.2015 for the Assessment year 2015-16 and shown income under section 44 AE as transport business but by mistake Gross Turnover /receipt u/s 44AD not reflected and submitted accordingly.Due to this is it necessary to submit any revised return or not.
