Dear sir/madam

Since Due date for filling INCOME TAX return for the Assessment year 2015-16 , financial year 2014-15 has expired but I have a client, want to file my ITR for the said period . so I request to advise in which section and manner i get permission from Assessing officer

You may filed the returns for the abovesaid year. No separate permission is required to be obtained from the Department.
