Is it coal sold as coal or is it the left over?

By implication you mean tax liability alone? or anything else?

To Ms Shilpi Jain,

Yes madam the coal is sold in the form of coal only. It is not leftover. I only wanted to know at what rate of gst, tax is charged from buying party with bifurcations of CGST, SGST and cess. Thanks.
