my client is regd under DVAT & CST Acts .It has recd an order for supply to Srilanka.Part of the goods will be purchased from Delhi and the rest will be directly imported to srilanka(without coming to India).Pl advise about tax liability.

What type of tax liability u are looking for? I think, for the goods supplied from India to Srilanka are eligible for normal export benefits on the other side, goods directly imported to srilanka, there would be no indirect tax liability in India be it VAT, CST or Central Excise, or Customs.
