we are entered an agreement for booking of airtravel tickets , in that they have mentioned a service charge of Rs.100 per ticket and service tax, whether we have to deduct tds or not,

Please clarify your query. With whom you have entered into airtel tickets and on which payment you would like to deduct TDS
we have entered agreement with one the travel agent,they are charging Rs.100 per ticket as service charges, and service tax @.6% on fare, so we want to know whether we have to deduct tds on this service charges plus service tax, or not,pls check and inform sir
