DO I REQUIRE THE CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR LEARNING IFRS OR I CAN UNDERSTAND BY MY OWN BECAUSE I HAVE THE REASONABLE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS ? IF I CAN LEARN ON MY OWN PLEASE REFER THE BOOK AND APPROACH I SHOULD FOLLOW.

You can get yourself registered with Big 4's websites and will get good information on the IFRS.  Further CA institute also conduct such courses to the members.
