What is the procedure for a trader in India to source from the manufacturer(also in India) without excise and supply to an exporter in India against his license(CLE/AEPC)? There is a CT-1 procedure. Against CT-1 a trader cum exporter is eligible to procure excisable goods without payment of excise duty.
