WHAT ARE CHARGES TAKE BY THE BANK TO DISCOUNT THE POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS OF TENOR PAYMENT TERMS OR SIGHT LC ???

It depends bank to bank as no uniform rates are prescribed for the same. It depends even on the customers rating.
