NOn Excise Zone, Central Excise

my client was sold material to Non Excise Zone( SEZ) but party wants excise invoice how we can issue the excise invoice to same cusomer( that is non excise zone)

 You have to issue excise invoice mentioning a remark 'Excise duty is not payable  as the material is cleared

to Special economic zone unit'
