DBK benefits, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

We have been exporting to US and UK under tariff classification no.84384000. However input used by the company are locally purchase .

Is  Company entitled to get DBK benefit on export of the  final product manufactured from the said inputs.?

Yes, you can avail the benefits of All Industry Duty Drawback if specified under the recent amended notification.
