The law laid down in these cases very aptly covers the present case in hand, in the light of facts and circumstances detailed above. In view of the above, the charge of undervaluation is not sustainable. The appellants have also contested that the extended period of five years is not invokable in their case. Since the word willful is omitted before the word suppression or mis-statement in the notice to show case, the extended period is not invokable.
