We have exported our goods under rebate claim of duty and availed all export benefit. After 7 month due to some quality problem, we have returned back our consignment for fullfill all import obligation. At the time of importing of such goods, if you had paid the Customs duty, then, you may get the duty draw back on such goods at the time of re-exporting. Please also check the Rule 16 of the Central Excise Rules in this regard.
