Bhaskar Enterprises, the Financial Creditor amounted to ₹ 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) to the Corporate Debtor on 12% interest per annum through 7(Seven) cheques between 05.01.2017 to 16.01.2017.
