Keeping the aforementioned fact vide order dated 05.02.2021 this Court disposed of the review petition by holding that it would not be feasible that Sri.Raju technical member who was perpetually on tour and the matter would be heard while sitting with the member judicial who was also on tour and an appropriate and suitable approach was taken by directing the Ahmedabad Bench of CESTAT to decide appeal through video conference for the reason that one of the technical member Sri.Raju would also be a technical member of Bangalore Bench.
