In relation to the said dishonoured cheques, the Company issued legal notices dated 7th November, 2012 and 16th November, 2012, calling upon the Company to make payments within 15 days from the date of issuance of legal notices. 5. According to the Petitioner, upon receipt of the legal notices, the Company on 20th December, 2012, approached the Petitioner to settle all the outstanding amounts under the said Leave and License Agreements.
