R, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE ORDER The petitioner in the above writ petition has sought for a direction to direct the respondents not to insist for license under the Police Act or under the provisions of Licensing and Controlling of Places of Public Amusement order to not to interfere in the play of skill oriented games as mentioned in the objects of the Society, vide Annexure-C. 2.
